Owing to the difficulty and expense of using a courier to deliver framed and glazed watercolour paintings we have decided on two possible solutions.
- Pick up from my studio in Hampshire. Email for full details.
- Removal of glass and frame and sending the painting between board in a similar manner as used for sending oil paintings. You can then get the painting framed yourself at a local framers. Cost of unframed painting is £100 less than the framed painting. This is a goodwill gesture to help you with financing having the picture reframed.

Where possible when two or more items have been ordered we will dispatch them in the same packaging in the most cost-efficient manner. However in certain cases, this may not be possible. Details will be sent via email.
Speed of delivery
All products are sent by recorded delivery. Tracking details will be passed on so you can track the delivery. I try to ensure a speedy dispatch for all items but there may be a small delay if I am away when you place your order. You will receive email updates with regard to packing, dispatch and expected delivery times.
I aim to have your product with you in 7-10 working days from you placing the order.
Returns and Refund policy
You may cancel an order for goods for any reason within fourteen working days, beginning with the day on which you received the goods.
If you wish to cancel an order within this timeframe, you should notify me by email at orders@paulbanning.com. You will be responsible for the cost of safely returning the goods.
When returning goods, it is your responsibility to take reasonable care to ensure the goods are undamaged, either whilst in your possession or in transit. I cannot accept returns on goods that have been damaged by the customer. I reserve the right to deduct a charge to put the item back into the condition in which it was sold where it has been damaged or is showing signs of wear and tear.
You must return the goods within fourteen days of cancellation and at your own expense. I shall provide a full refund for goods returned or cancelled in accordance with these Terms as soon as possible and in any event within a period not exceeding fourteen days of receiving the goods back or proof that they have been sent back (whichever earlier). Any other refund not satisfying the above conditions will be made at our discretion only. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Customer Collection
It is possible to collect your order from me. I live on the Hampshire/Surrey border, around 45 minutes from London. Please email orders@paulbanning.com to discuss this option.
Force Majeure
I shall not be liable to you for any failure to deliver the goods that have been ordered by you or any delay, damage or defect to the goods collected which is caused by any event or circumstance beyond my reasonable control.
Governing Law
English law applies to these terms and conditions and any sale of goods to which they apply and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in all matters arising from these Terms.
